ltsstructure is "copper + steel" , it isthe key cooling equipment applied tothe inner wall of the blast furnace, itsheating surface is made of purecopper, which can guarantee theefficient heat exchange, its back ismade of special steel, which couldimprove the strength of overallstructural, prevent the hightemperature creep caused by theuneven heating or thermal shock. ltsinternal is equipped with the coolingwater channel. its heating surfacecan be made into dovetail groove orother brick clad structures.

At present, all the copperative universities send postgraduates and doctoral students to be resident in enterprisesfor technical research and development, providing strong support for the company's product optimization.

2.Device Description : Our company has a large standardized plant, and be equipped with first-classfacilities and equipment, such as: dozens of twin beam /mono overhead cranes(10 tons, 5 tons), also wehave more than 10 CNC gantry machining centers, including high-precision machine tools, which can reachoperating accuracy of 0.03 mm within the operating range of 3 meters. The largest machine tool is 6m*2m,which weighs 23 tons and has high steel quality. in addition, our company has also introduced the mostadvanced inteligent welding robot, which far exceeds the traditional manual process in terms of speed andaccuracy, greatly improving the production eficiency and thus saving the producion cost. We also have ofliquid forging machine (1500 tons), large CNC cutting machine, fioor type boring and miling machine, dirilingmachine, sawing machine and other necessary advanced equipment, which are great helpful for the efficientand safe production .
